Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Mabstack's services or accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Services
Mabstack provides website design and development, digital marketing, and technology support services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code, architectures, and deliverables produced specifically for your project are owned by you. Mabstack retains the right to reuse general methodologies, libraries, and non-specific tooling developed during the course of work.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of three years.
5. Limitation of Liability
Mabstack's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. In no event shall either party be liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and liability survive termination.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
